Undone Wig Side Braid

With it’s loose and purposely messy pieces, the undone braid is romantically chic and is a go-to style for any event. This braid is perfect for all of you ladies who either don’t have the time or the motivation to completely style your long locks. The messier the braid the better. For emphasized body, use a volumizing or texturizing spray on your human hair wigs and tousle it a bit to give it that glamorous, messy look. Take a thinner curling iron or wand and slightly curl random pieces throughout your hair, the best part is you only have to do a few different strands to get the best results!

Then do a traditional three-strand braid starting at the nape of your neck and going to one side of your head. Braid all the way down and then tie it off with an elastic hairband, leaving a few inches of your ends below the band. Now comes the fun part; mess up your braid a little by softly pulling out the sides and loosening some of the strands and you’ve just taken your normal braid from boring to beautifully boho-chic!

Half-up Curled

Not everyone is blessed with luxuriously long hair, so take advantage of it by wearing styles that compliment your gorgeous long locks. The infamous half-up curled style is both elegant and versatile, and that is why it has landed a spot as one of the top 5 long hairstyles for 2019. Start by curling your entire wig how you normally would, then pull up the top half of the hair back and tie it off with a hairband. You have the opportunity to display your unique identity by adding personal touches to this simple style. You can braid both sides of your part into the band, create a twist at the back and secure it, or even do a fun little bun with the top part of your hair. The options are endless, so you could try a different one for each day of the week!

Side Swept Wig Style

This dramatic side-swept hairstyle is easier than it appears, and looks even more ravishing when you have glamorous long wig locks. Use a thick barrel brush when blow drying your hair to enhance your wig’s volume and give it that significant movement. Loosely curl the hair with a big barreled wand and then lightly comb through the curls to create that relaxed look. Sweep all of the curls over to one side to create that far part. Use a wig brush to comb the other side of your hair behind your ear, and you’ve got a lavish look ready for your red carpet closeup.

Vintage Curls/Waves

Make the most of your length with these luxurious long vintage curls. This style is timeless and elegant and can be worn casually cute or dressed up for fancy festivities! We are in love with these vintage curls on long hair and we just had to make it one of our five styles. For the best results, start with smooth and straight hair and then section it off horizontally into two sections (top and bottom). Curl the bottom half of your hair normally with a thick barrel curl, about 1.25-1.5 inches wide with a clamp. For the top half, turn your curling iron horizontally so that it is parallel to your part.

Pull the strand of hair away from your head and thread your hair over the barrel and clamp down on the top of the section of hair for a few seconds. Then put the iron below the wave you just created and thread the hair under this time and clamp down again. Continue this over-under pattern all the way down the section of hair to create a soft wave pattern. Comb through the waves with your fingers to loosen the waves. Now you’ve got a classic look that you’ll want to flaunt at all of your upcoming events.
