I've bought several wigs over the past couple of years, and returned most of them. This was the first wig I ever bought that I knew straight out of the box it was a keeper. Very light and comfortable, and the least wiggy looking wig I've ever tried on. This is all especially true of the Plumberry Jam. The fiber is soft and the waves relaxed and beachy. It's pretty perfect .

I also bought one in Honeycomb Brown. Right out of the box, it looked kinda terrible. The curls are chaotic. The fiber isn't soft. The color looked kinda garish to me, I think mostly because the brown was darker than I was expecting in contrast to the gold-blonde. I actually started a return for it without even trying it on. But for some reason, when getting it ready to ship back, I decided to try it on... And I decided I really like the style and color and want to make it work. It looks a lot better after some Jon Renau HD detangler and being sprayed with water and finger combed. To me, it feels/looks like a 90s surfer chick style, and I love that. But... it still tangles pretty bad almost instantly, and doesn't feel soft (feels kinda crunchy), and the lace front on this one is a little scratchy... But I have yet to wash and condition it, so maybe all that will get better. I'm tempted to order another one in Honeycomb Brown to see if maybe I just got a dud. I've been told that wigs can vary considerably from lot to lot, even in the same style/color.
