I have purchased - and loved- this topper for several years. This time I received a limp, no shape topper. I usually trim just a few bits of hair for bangs and it worked great. I did the same this time and the synthetic hair frizzed up - that is huge deal breaker going forward. It is difficult, if not impossible, to find a gray topper with a bob cut- not to mention, one with bangs, so I will continue to search. I do love Wigs.com- they have great customer service and prices. This is a style problem that I have not experienced before.

I have been wearing this style for over 3 years and have loved it for color [59], style, texture, and comfort. I always cut in a few wisps of bangs successfully. I was very disappointed with my last purchase; the hair length was so much shorter than previously, it has very little style and no balance- it looks like a bubble on top of my head because the length is wrong. I am confident i can work it out somewhat, but maybe not. Will see.
