It took awhile for the right color for me in this Raquel Welch topper to get in stock but I am in total love! I have naturally very dark hair and always colored it close to my natural color just to cover greys. Thinning hair by age 59 sent me playing around with low cost wigs and toppers till I realized a topper was perfect for me and easier than a wig. This Faux Fringe "****" like topper with bangs looks exactly like the hair I had most of my life. I ended up going a shade lighter after my 1st purchase of this topper best (from R4 Midnight Brown-Black/Brown to R6 Dark Chocolate-Rich Medium Dark Brown) and the change made it look and feel like ME again! Most synthetic toppers have a certain lifespan before looking sort of ragged or the clips breaking so I ordered a 2nd topper a while ago. Now I'm onto my 3rd in the exact same color and style so I can alternate them after washing. My only concern is that the quality of the clips went from a metal to plastic (which can break). I really need to get some quality metal clips ad learn to sew them in myself! Regardless, this topper looks and feels great. My hair is much shorter than the model in the picture. Right now I need a haircut because my natural hair is so much longer than the topper but since its all the same color, I'm still good! Even in the 95+ heat wave, I was totally comfortable and did not feel overheated!
