I ordered 3 wigs but had to return the Gala Wig because it looked totally different than what was pictured. Made me look like I had been on an all night drinking binge and my hair looked like a crazy person with out of control hair. The other 2 wigs were absolutely beautiful.

The color was much darker than expected. It was truly a dark grey. I can see I will need styling on the wigs as I am a 65 year old women so the thick hair wigs do not look realistic on me. The large cap fit well and the wig was comfortable. It would be nice to have more wig choices in the large cap .
I appreciate that you let me return the wig and everything went smoothly with the return.

I was very happy with this wig when I first got it. The color was terrific . It fit well, because large wigs are scarce. But after a few days of wearing it I began to see it losing its style. I thought ,well maybe it's the weather. So I rinsed it and conditioned it and wore it again, no it completely flopped. It just looked limp and unattractive. So I'm sorry to say, I'm disappointed .
