I think I may need just a wiglet instead of a half wig. The half wig was just too much coverage. The color was also not as shown. It was too dark & didn't have any light streaks at all. But the customer service is fantastic.

I have been wearing this wig for over 3 years. Initially the hair and curls were soft and bouncy and lasted about a month. The color was lighter as well. In the past 6 months the hair is hard lack luster and has a lot of red in it. What used to be curls are now a lot of straight stringy strands. When the wind blows the hair stands up like a broom. I can barely make it 3 weeks without changing it. All I want to know is did you change manufacturers or has the green initiative affected the quality? The wig is definitely not the same.

I really never worn a wig prior to ordering this one on-line. I loved them so much that I am placing my order for my 4th wig in 4 months. Since it's synthetic they typically don't last very long I hear but I have washed my wigs over and over again and when they lose their luster I will plop one on and put on my cap and away I go. Looks good! I don't find that I have had any hair breakage particularly around my edges so I simply love what you are doing Vivica!
