I've been buying Ellen Wille wigs for a few years. At first, they were great and I absolutely love the Aubergine color option. However, I've noticed that the quality has progressively gotten worse. This last wig is horrible. I decided to change styles to see if that would help the quality and it was about time for a change anyway, so I ordered the Scape wig. To wear this out of the box is an impossibility. the "hair" was sticking up in every direction with no semblance of style. It also looked quite scruffy and fuzzy. So, I washed it. Yes, I know that makes it impossible to return, but I've found the return policy is a pain and you lose most of your money anyway and I really wanted the wig to work. After washing and conditioning, I tried combing it into place and let it dry. Once it was dry, the hair had returned to a crazy mess. So, I wet it again and applied a whole lot of products. More than I've ever needed to put on a wig before. Got it into something slightly resembling the product photos. Wore it today and it started out fine, but after having to be out in a slight breeze a few times today, it was again sticking up everywhere and would not go back to any sort of order even with all the products I put on it. This is was the last chance for Ellen Wille to win me back and they're lost me for good.
