The wig was returned to us after the 30 time frame, with no tags attached or in the box...and with hairspray or styling product residue on the wig. We of course, want our clients to try on to ensure it is the right choice for them... but ask everyone to use the hygiene guard wig cap we provide in every order. If there is to be a return, there cannot be any tags removed or any signs of alteration or product deposit. This was not the case we are sorry to learn.

All wig manufacturers package different wigs in different ways depending on the style. not all wigs have a net. Some are packaged inside out and others not and with a netting. short choppy styles are usually packed inside out and with no netting as it tends to smash the style.

As you know, wigs.com only ships product factory fresh direct from the manufacturer. Nothing open boxed or tried on in any way ever goes out via wigs.com. We do have WigOutlet.com which is a source for open box items which have been inspected... styled back to perfection and sold at discount pricing. However, nothing cut or altered is sold there either. I know this is very frustrating... we can understand, however, if you think your item may be defective, it is imperative to return it immediately upon receipt and not wait to get it returned after 30 days... also equally important is to not remove any tags, wear it or apply product.
