4 Ways To Style Wigs With Bangs

Wigs With Bangs

New styles & trends with your wigs can be fun. Whether it’s layered, feather out, a bob cut, shoulder length, or bangs — you can get pretty wild & crazy. But honestly, changing your wigs look or rocking a wig with a different style, such as bangs, can be a little difficult. While having bangs on wigs can be a huge help to eliminate the need for a lace front & help to frame the face, because the look is so much different than just the classic beach waves or smooth & straight appearance that most girls rock, it can get a little confusing on how to style them the best way for your personal & unique features. So for today, we’re going to talk all about bangs, & a couple of the ways you can style them to get the sexiest look possible that will give you a huge confidence booster! Let’s get started!

1. Side Swept Bangs

Creating a side swept look is super flattering & very popular amongst younger people & punk rockers. It gives you a look of wild, fun, & free, & honestly, who doesn’t want to send that message? All you have to do to achieve this look is to sweep your bangs to the side, hold them in place, straighten or comb them to the side, apply a styling cream and you’re done!

2. Straight Bangs

Straightening your bangs is extremely flattering too. It offers you the gentle ‘girl next door’ look, & helps to add a whole new style to your look. To achieve this classic look, all you have to do is sweep your bangs to the side with a wig comb while aiming a dryer with a diffuser downwards onto your new bangs, & combing them through in a downwards motion once more. Once you have done this, you can add some wig hair spray or styling cream to help hold them in place.

3. Updos

For real, who doesn’t love a sexy updo? This look just screams confidence & fun, & that’s definitely what we’re going for here. To achieve a beautiful updo with a wig, just as you would with your natural hair, pull it up as you would like (in a ponytail, bun, etc) & sweep your bangs in the front or downward depending on your look. Use a style cream to help hold them in place where you wish.

4. Curtain Bangs

And lastly, let’s talk about curtain bangs. This style offer you a look to help frame your face & make your facial features pop, which ultimately contributes to a more flattering appearance. This look is also very easy to achieve. All you need to do is simply part your bangs in the center or where you wish, & sweep each half to it’s own side to create a curtain effect. You can part them evenly or unevenly depending on the look you're going for. Afterwards, apply a style cream to help hold them into place & you’re all done!
