Meet Jade Adams

Meet Jade Adams. She is our Escalations Manager here at Wigs.com. Jade handles our customer service where she strives for client satisfaction and making our clients feel like they can trust us with their concerns. Additionally, she takes over supervisor calls during client interactions and attentively listens to their concerns. She works with the client to listen to their concerns and help them feel supported throughout the interaction. Read ahead to learn more about Jade’s role in our company.

Wigs.com: Tell us a little about yourself, how you ended up working at Beauty & Hair, and what you love most about working here!

Jade: I am originally from Kansas City, MO, and moved to Dallas to attend esthetician school in 2022-2023. I’ve always had a passion for the beauty industry, which is why I am thrilled to work at Beauty & Hair. The aspect I cherish the most about working here is the serene workplace environment that allows me to focus on assisting our clients.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful daughter, exploring Dallas, and spending time with family.

Wigs.com: How would you describe our team at Beauty & Hair?

Jade: Our Beauty & Hair team is the best team I have ever worked with. Whether it's the meticulous approach to marketing and website design or the exceptional customer service team, we aim to improve the customer experience at every touch point along the way. Everyone is working towards excellence on behalf of our customers!

Wigs.com: What is one of your most memorable consultations?

Jade: I had a virtual consultation with one of my now favorite clients back in June 2023. She was facing the challenge of thinning hair, with her natural hair no longer growing past her ears. She wanted to know if a hair topper would work for her, which is why she booked the consultation with me.

After assessing her situation, and realizing a hair topper was not a solution for her type of diffused hair loss, I suggested transitioning to a full wig. We found a style she was immediately enamored with and it became her daily go-to wig. I also guided her in navigating our website to discover options in her correct cap size. Even though she is now adept at selecting styles and colors independently, she still continues our virtual consultations, so she has peace of mind that her selection is perfect for her. Now she appreciates the time saved by embracing the convenience of wigs in her daily routine.

My Advice

Wigs.com: Why should someone book a virtual consultation with one of our experts?

Jade: Booking a virtual consultation is important for not just the expert to see the concerns and/or challenges the clients have, but more importantly for the client to receive information and advice. Beyond that, it fosters the development of trust, confidence, and a genuine connection – evolving beyond the consultation to a true partnership where we hope the client knows how much we care about them achieving their goals and about their satisfaction and well-being.

Jade: My advice is to approach it with ease. Upon receiving your new piece, take the time to carefully inspect it. Ensure the color matches your expectations and assess the cap construction for fit and comfort.
