Can I create a hair bun with different lengths?

Mid-lengths and longer hair are ideal for attaching your hair bun to. Shorter hair may make the bun harder to blend seamlessly into your hair since some strands may not be long enough to stay tucked into the extension.

How do I secure a hair bun without damaging my hair?

It all depends on the attachment method of your hair bun extension. If you hair bun is a clip in, you need to make sure it attaches a little bit away from the scalp to prevent pulling on the hair follicles and the clip from digging in your skin. When you put extensions in with wrap around and drawstring attachment methods, make sure they are not in too tight.

What products are recommended for maintaining a hair bun?

If you wash your hair bun, wash it every 6-8 wear. Use products specially formulated for wigs and its hair fiber type. (Beautimark has a hydrating shampoo and conditioner to help wash your hair bun.) If your hair bun has any tangles, use a wide tooth comb and a good detangling spray.

How do you style bun extensions?

Bun extensions come pre-styled and do not require much styling. However, if you do want to change the look of your hair bun extensions, there are some buns in our selection that are made  with heat friendly synthetic fiber. You can use heat tools on these kinds of buns, but make sure that you use heat on the hair. Otherwise, you’ll damage and ruin the hair.
