    Poor Workmanship

    The wig I received had a serious manufacturing flaw and I had to return it on my dime. I have not found a wigs.com exchange program that would prevent me from returning it at my expense and then reordering. I don’t think that I should have to pay the return shipping for a defective wig.

    This was the worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with.. I have ordered several wigs from wig. Com and had some of the best customer service representatives. I even wrote an appreciation letter for one of them . However if this is the type of individuals you are now hiring I will never order another wig from your company as she was not only condescending but down right rude. She stated her name was Carla.

    Good quality

    The Tab wig I purchased recently seemed to be of high quality. I had hoped that the whole wig could be spiked a bit, but the back was simply too short to manipulate. All of the hair at the back and nape insisted in just laying straight down, for a shingled look. A lovely wig, but not quite right for me, so I ended up returning it. I will still recommend this style, for gals who like the sleek back look.
