I just returned Ava. It’s a real face-flopper that I can’t fix without doing something and then not able to return. This Ava in Moonlight is different than my other Ava in Moonlight I bought from a private salon ( Ava that I own is shown on the left in both photos). This Ava from wigs.com is much darker, especially in back and at the nape. The fibers on this one is not as silky as the one I own. I have been a customer for 16-years and have spent many thousands but lately I have noticed the quality of the wigs (some kept, some returned) has changed and not in a good way. I don’t mind spending $500 for a 100% hand-tied wig, but I expect to be able to wear it without major issues. I love the customer service but lets do better with quality control.

I love this wig. It flows like natural hair and the color Toffee Truffle is perfect m. Lots of dimension. Looks like I have the best hairdresser and color technician. She's definitely one of my favorites. The lace hairline is impeccable.
