    Coco wig my favorite

    I have purchased over 15 wigs in the past 5 years and Coco salt and pepper rooted is my all-time favorite. I just purchased this Coco using the picture as my guide. I never imagined the ash color would be so much lighter. I was hoping for a little lighter version of the salt and pepper. It wouldn't need to be rooted, but this one is too much of a change in color for my natural color and complexion, so I will be returning it.

    Wig Quality Reduced

    I purchase this wig 2 years ago with an additional backup after that time. Loved the color and style as extremely comparable to my natural hair. I just received and returned a 3rd reorder due to defective hair on top of wig and bang issues I dont even know how to describe. It will be my last order It would seem from the customer reviews and returns, the brand manufacter would be looking to improve these issues and wig quality , Its unfortunate as customers we are having to pay for returns on defective wigs,

    Poor quality

    Wig nothing like pictured on model. Hair very short on top and unruly. No chance of stying in picture style.

    Very disappointing. But, as always, no problem with returns.

    I love this wig, but....

    I have been wearing Ellen Wille Tab for over 6 years, but when I saw this wig. I wanted to try it. I first bought it in Snow Mix, and I love it, so I just got it in Salt and Pepper, and also love it, but both wigs have little hairs sticking up all over the crown....what's up with that? I've never had that problem with my other wigs.
