The wig had way too much hair for my head although I called wigs.com and was told that it was thinner than most wigs. It just looked like all hair in the front and you would have needed to have it cut and thinned before wearing. I returned the wig the following day and heard nothing from them as far as receiving it or my refund. After waiting 2 weeks, I finally received a refund. I've had much better luck with other wig companies and quick refunds on those I couldn't wear. I will not order from this company again.

I have extremely thin hair and wanted to try a wig just for something to throw on for days when I wanted to go somewhere and not have to fuss with my hair. I ordered the Mocca Mix and it was so close to my normal color it was perfect, it was still a but to much hair for me on the top but I think once I wash it and adjust it a bit and maybe just have it thinned a bit it will be perfect! I also love that you can part it on either side. My husband even thought it looked great and was actually the one who talked me in to keeping it because I was on the fence at first. The petite/average was perfect for me as I ordered a different wig that had way too much hair and was an average and was way to big even adjusting that I had to send back, I did have to pay shipping to send back but the company is upfront about that, I have not received my refund yet but they just got it back a couple days ago so as of now I would have no hesitation of ordering from this company and shipping was great! If anything changes with my return I will be sure to update this as I left all the tags and everything on the wig as required and tried it on with a wig cap and knew right away I did not like it on me.
