Just cost me money to get a hairpiece that was so unlike the color pictured and pay to return it. Quality was fine, but I sent a photo showing the difference between the shade pictured and the actual shade received. When you are wearing a topper, the shade must match closely, as some of your own hair will show. Wigs.com should update their photos.
WWigs.com7 years agoThank you for your feedback. The Game changer is a newer item and the images are all updated. It is frustrating when the color you see online is not just like the color you receive... Please keep in mind, the lighting used in the photo shoots is bright and can result in the images looking lighter. But it is important to look at your piece in all lighting before deciding it is not gong to work for you. There are color rings you can order to help you get best match. You are correct... when buying a topper, the color match is crucial. i am sorry this one didnt work out for you.

Do not order expedited shipping unless you have confirmed they have the item in stock - even if the item is back ordered and they ship it two weeks late, they charge you expedited shipping. The topper was nice, but very short the measurement is from the top of the topper not the back of it - for the length.

Anytime you are waiting on a backorder item, you can surely call us or reach out to let us know that you no longer need the expedited shipping.. sometimes clients call to add the expedited shipping as they are in more of a hurry after a wait! I hope this helps. as for the length. all the wigs and hairpieces are measured from the top/origin of the hair piece. Thank you again for your feedback. i hope this helped someone else;)
