When you are not new to wig wearing and can identify that the wig you paid for has been used and altered when you expected NEW it becomes an integrity issue with the supplier. It is very disheartening and feels like you have been taken advantage of without a resolution of refund or the company to make it "right". I can pull off a color discrepancy but cannot correct a style less cut or product that came on a returned used wig. Absent from my order was the proper packaging and netting as well as the zigzag parting that is always standard in the wigs I choose. That was the first clue. My 3rd order with a company turned out to be the exact condition of this Hollis wig. Not sure what is going on but at this moment I am not a happy customer.

I purchased this is carmlkiss4 because it is the perfect shade of brunette for me with some youthful highlights.

I wanted to give this 5 stars, but it does not have a lace front as listed on the website. I was really quite disappointed in that. It has a mono top which adds a great real appearance. It does seem to have a silicone grip band near the hairline that makes it feel secure. I am not a huge fan of Estetica caps-the ear tabs are harsh. The quality and small touches such as velvet are not on point for the price of this.

There is a lot of hair on Hollis and I had to thin it down. No shine on my piece and even though I don’t style my wigs, I cook and the heat friendly fibers are a plus. I wear her a lot and she washed up nicely.

All in all…Hollis is a great piece. But beware of the lack of lace front as I was shocked that it wasn’t there. I wish the price would reflect this but everything is going up in price these days.
