What’s the return policy during the sale?

Our standard 45-day return policy still applies during the Black Friday Sale. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so you're welcome to return eligible items within 45 days of the ship date. You can review it here. 

A quick note about return shipping: If you choose to use our prepaid return label, a $10.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

What can be returned?

Unworn, unaltered products in their original packaging.

What can’t be returned?

Worn or damaged items, altered packaging, discontinued or closeout styles, Final Sale/Last Call items, opened hair care products, charity donations, and shipping protection.
