Unfortunately, this was an incredibly disappointing purchase. Straight out of the box, this wig was fine, albeit a bit dry feeling, and it fit well. However, after the first wash (with specially selected shampoo and conditioner), this wig became so incredibly frizzy after air-drying that I became suspicious that it was blended with synthetic hair. There is no way this is pure Remy human hair. Also, the "layers" that were pre-cut into this wig are choppy and do not lay well. Even with a deep conditioning mask and frizz serum, this hair is still extremely dry and frizzy. (As an aside, I live in dry and arid Colorado, so humidity is not the culprit.) What's worse, after tightening the velcro straps on the cap to make the wig fit a bit more tightly, the cap bunches up into some unsightly lumps that I can feel and see at the crown of my head. When you brush the wig gently, lots of strands come out each time, and it's already on the thin side as it is. Ridiculous.
I have been wearing human hair wigs since I was 8 years old due to an autoimmune disease, and as a 28 year old woman now, I have had plenty of experience with many different brands, cap styles, lengths, etc of human hair wigs and thus have the accompanying knowledge of how to care for them properly. Even still, this wig is beyond saving. I doubt it will last me 6 months. I have purchased several wigs from this website, but this has by far been the worst.
