It’s a good wig for the right face and the right age. But it’s got way more hair than I was anticipating. I have been wearing wigs for 10 years and was a bit surprised that I got it wrong with this one. Returned it a little less than a week ago and I’m still waiting for my refund, but I trust it’s on the way. Will use this company again.

Frustrating, due to unexpected sizing, I probably should have returned it. But looks great.

Just bought my fourth Wren (fall 2022) and the wig has been revamped or was defective. so much more hair than my other three. Have asked customer service to relay my complaints to the manufacturers. I will now have to find a new wig as this seems to be their redesign. It was a much better wig when it was light density and manageable. Now it is too too much hair and had no curl pattern whatsoever. I took it to a stylist but it could not be saved.

Finally found the one!! This is the closest color to my original hair and makes me feel beautiful again!!! Love it!! Will wear this one til my natural hair grows back..

It was a 5 star experience. Customer service here is excellent and no restocking fees, thats why I shop here. Unfortunately Im not familiar with estetica colors and I chose one that was too dark. I returned the wig and got my refund. I would highly recomend wigs.com!
