First of all let me say that I’ve been buying wigs from you for several years ! I have always been happy. This is the first time I had to return something only because this size didnt fit me and I really don’t know why because my other one still do! Also the first Adele I bought was perfect for me the length is perfect. But this one was shorter I compared it to my old one and it was much shorter so I really don’t know what to do now I want to re-order it but I’m not sure. Are used to wear it proud by Revlon all the time and I’m so sad that they stopped it because that was perfect for me. I am going to measure my head to see if maybe my head got better bi also the first Adele I bought was perfect for me the length is perfect. This wig was not the Adelle. It has been cut and the curl is not there to flip up. I will be returning this wig soon.

I sent it back. It's styling was not up to snuff....Some of these wigs are well done, and some not. Quality Control needs to be more consistent. The customer loses a lot of money over time, sending these wigs back and paying fees for doing so.
