I have been ordering from here for years. I thought I tried this style (Always ****). It was a very disappointment. It is nothing like the picture at all. It's shinny but that's not the problem because after a few uses the shine will go away. It is shorter looks more like a bob haircut and it's shorter than the picture.
The other item I also ordered (Glow Girl in 8/12/24BHL) is on back order which I found out on this invoice. At the time of my order it shows the availability of the item. When I called the rep. She told me an email was sent out and they are expecting to receive them in 3-4 weeks. You've got to be kidding me. I have never received such email notified me of the back order. If i had know the item will be back order I would had order other style. This is not the first time this back ordered happened. I am looking at other wig website which has better price ($10 less, yes $10 less) on Forever Young and they also let you combine discount promo and free shipping.
Just shipped Always **** back. Is it legal for the company to charge fee for item that is returned in perfect original condition? Needless to say. I will not order from this site again.

You are of course welcome to return it if it is still in original condition... but we suggest using some basic hair powder as this will dull the unnatural shine of the more cost conscious wigs and give it a more realistic look. of course there are many choices for you that don't have that shine, but if you are hooked on the style and want to get rid of the shine... washing it will help and once dry, adding a hair powder spray (dry shampoo) will help!
