Great quality - the texture and style. The synthetic hair is not overly shiny, offering a believable blend to make the piece look like a match with my hair color. The photo on the model is "natural blond" but it looks nothing like the version I received. My version looks more honey/gold blonde rather than the cool ash blonde on the model. I'll be trying it out this week! I wish the comb was a little more substantial (longer comb teeth) to lock this in place due to the weight of the piece. I expect I'll need to sew in a different comb or use more bobby pins to ensure it stays in place.
I wish there were color #s associated to help with color matching. It's expensive to purchase multiples and have to return those that do not match.

The products that I have purchased over the last years are of very good quality and the customer service is excellent. The Hugo ponytail is my newest purchase and it’s gorgeous.

When I attached it to my small ponytail it pulled and hurt my head. My natural hair is thin and this was just too heavy and difficult to get it to grip and hold to my hair.
