I originally gave a 5 Star review of my latest purchase from you. I was so anxious to get the wig and I LOVE the style so my excitement for that prompted a quick positive review. However, as i further examined the wig and wondered why I couldn't get a good part...I was so disappointed.
The entire base of the wig looks like someone back combed it to the roots or melted it with a curling iron. It looks matted and ratty. My daughter first noticed it and offered to help me with it (she is a sylist) but there is nothing you can do to move anything attached to the cap part of the wig. Are all these wigs like this or did I get one that had been expermented with?
I'm not asking for anything. I just want you to know how disappointed I am. And I wanted you to clearly see what I am talking about. I'm new to wearing wigs so I guess I'm learning some hard lessons early.

This is in fact permatease, which does look like the hair has been teased tight to the root. this is a method used to give lift at the base/root of the hair in the absence of a monofilament or hand tied cap. without the permatease, you clearly see the wefting and can see through each of the wefts to the head. this is a feature on more cost effective wig caps. it is great for adding volume to the root but can look a bit matted upon closer inspection. Permatease is not a defect, simply a feature of a basic or machine made cap. for a more realistic part or cap construction, we recommend a monofilament wig or hand tied features. we hope this helps.

I ve been looking at this wig for quite a while, so when they had a 30% off sale I bought it. OMG I love this one. It is comfortable to wear, just the right hair length. I love the layered lengths that gives just the right height for my small frame face. This one is a keeper for sure.
