I ordered the petite cap size and it fits very well on my head. For reference, my measurements:
Circumference: 20.5 inches (52 cm)
Ear to ear: 12.5 inches (31.5 cm)
Front to back: 12 inches (30.5 cm)
While I would say this is a medium to lower density, it seemed to have some permatease on top. I went to my stylist and had bangs cut into the piece. This was quite easy to do. She thinned out some of the hair on top, but it still feels a little “wiggy” to me. People who do not know me believe it is real hair. The ear tabs sit a little high and since I do have bio hair that matches the wig’s color, I simply blended it with a rat tail comb.

The wig is beautiful and fit well, color was beautiful, however too much hair for my small framed face, with regret I had to return.

The Miley wig is such a pretty style; however, I purchased it in small thinking that, since I don't have hair it should be fine. Well, it wasn't so I use it as an around the house wig and tape it so it doesn't pop off. Overall, it was my error. The wig itself is beautiful!
