Modern Top Piece | Synthetic Hair Topper (Basic Base)

This is going back for refund. The style is nothing like the photo; it is not spiky or short; it is a long wavy thick, asymmetrical, unruly glob. It looks nothing like the photo submitted by the nice lady reviewer (must have been totally redesigned since her posting). I ordered the color Nutmeg, the thing that was delivered is a very bright shiny, caramel red unicolor--nothing like the sample Nutmeg. The clips stuck in my hair and I had to pull them out, obviously since I'm looking at toppers I can't afford more hair loss. This experience has totally soured me on Wigs.com or any other online wig outfit as they apparently feel free to flagrantly misrepresent their products. I will repost about the refund process, hopefully it is far better than the product.

I ordered the Marble Brown rooted. A little darker than I expected, but not by much. This topper is basically a "Bob" and if you want a bang, you simply need to trim some of the front. NOTE that the front in 7 inches long. The fibers of the one I received are the most realistic I've ever had. It truly looks like real, healthy hair. The cap is large, covering a large area of the head compared to other toppers I have had. My hair loss is substantial, but I needed something for summer, and by moving the clips around to correspond where I have some hair to attach, I could get a good hold.

I need the back of my neckline hair to grow out just a bit to feel good about wearing it in public. Otherwise, even with what little bio hair I have at about 2 inches long (bald spots and not much hair), I could easily wear this and no one would know it isn't my hair.

I wish it came in more colors. There is no perma-tease. I was able to get some fullness and height just by "Feathering" it a bit with a small brush. Again, this is more of a "Bob" haircut. It is not a lace front, but I could sweep it to the side and it still looked very natural.

Overall, I am pleased with it. It is certainly more comfortable than a full wig, and with another inch of growth at my neckline, it will give me as much coverage as a full wig, and look more natural.
