Out of the box, hair fibers were sticking out all over. I am not that well versed in styling hair anyway, so this was difficult for me. Still haven’t got it right, may have to get it cut by stylist.

I didn’t like it and when I tried to return it said not eligible for return. No where on order did it say final sale and doesn’t say that on my receipt. I would not have ordered if I was told that. Send email to customer service still waiting on answer.
