    Really love it but has a few things to improve

    I really love this hair in S18-60/102RO, a more modern color than the standard Rachel (non-lite) and 12FS8 color that I usually get. A very pretty and realistic wig, however, I prefer the non-lite version over this one. The lite one has plastic temple tabs where the regular one has velour, this one has other plastic parts too, whereas the standard Rachel doesn't have that (its all velour tabs and fabric ribbons). The lite has less hair and costs more. On the positive side I love this color (kind of half light brown, half blonde); its lightweight and bouncy, doesn't look flat. Length is good. Really attractive and recommended. I have kind of a bigger head, and fits well, secure.

    Love my Rachel Lite (10RH16)! Consultation was key!

    After 10 years, I finally made the switch from toppers to full wigs! I've been wanting to do this for a while, tried a few, but ended up returning them. I needed help! My Wigs.com consultant (I wish I remembered her name!) spent time listening to my concerns and wishes and helped me decide on the Rachel Lite in 10RH16. One of my main concerns was that in previous tries, I did not like the feel of the ear tabs. I often push my hair behind my ears. The Rachel Lite has silicone ear tabs that you cannot see, even when I tuck my hair back behind my ears. Apparently, this is a feature of the "Lite" JR wigs. I can't wait to try others in the Lite collection in different shades and lengths. I might need a side hustle : )

    Disappointed

    I heard so much about this wig through all the videos. I was excited to try it. Maybe there was a change in the fibers or something, because this wig does not at all live up to what was shared on all of those Youtube videos and reviews. When I took it out of the box it was beautiful. My first few wears, it was beautiful! Stunning! It started to get clumpy pretty quick, and it was time for the first wash. This wig never came back to life. I rewashed it and tried a couple of different options. It looks okay, but it almost immediately clumps up. For the expensive price, I would not order this wig again. There is something off with these fibers!!! I am very disappointed with the fibers on this wig, especially for the too big of price attached to it. Not worth it! And definitely not on a reorder list!!
