After buying and wearing wigs for 3+ years now, it's come to my attention that not all wigs are created equal -- I've had 4 Shannons and they were all slightly different in style, length, thickness, etc., so I guess consistency is my first issue with this wig... The first Shannon I bought was fabulous, this most recent Shannon -- not so much. It was very thick and longer on one side than the other, but I kept it because I had an event I had to go to... The most recent pictures of Shannon show it as being longer than the original Shannon that's in the picture on the website, so, buyer beware... I bet if I ordered another Shannon it would be different as well... I have heard that the manufacturing process makes for differences in the appearance of wigs, which I believe, and that it's kind of a **** shoot whether you get a "good" one or a "not so good" one... However I have to say I've always had a great experience with Wigs.com; I am VERY VERY CAREFUL when I try on a wig and make sure that I return it in pristine condition too!

The quality is a little off in that there are a lot more "short" fibers along top of wig but I like the style.
