I returned this piece because it was cut on the sides more like a bob and not like the shorter pixie it is supposed to be. I have 2 other Shape Ups and while I understand completely that there is variation from piece to piece this could not be ignored.There was little texture anywhere on the piece and while I did not attempt to style her at all the top lay completely flat. (This may have been remdied had I kept her and used product). I have GL 11-25SS which, on me is very blond. I wanted more of a light brunette so I went with the GL10/14. It was still very light. But this is purely subjective and not a defect of the wig. I called Customer Service the day of delivery and she was very helpful and Wigs.com did work with me. I have ordered many times from Wigs.com and I will definitely order from them again.

The style is pretty, but the hair on top is too thin and cut so short that it sticks straight up instead of lying down. I have worn Raquel Welch wigs for years and should have stayed with them instead of buying this Gabor wig.
