I am happy with Wigs.com customer service, and love this style. I have always chosen the Amore brand for it's quality, but I think the manufacturer must be using Inferior materials, as the ends of the fibers are fraying when they never used to. I have my stylist trim them periodically, but they continue to fray when used on a daily basis.

I love this wig. I think it's much more stylish than the photos on this site indicate. I didn't care for the back of the hairline in the photos--where the hair meets the neck. But the neckline is actually much more natural and feminine than the photos indicate. I found YouTube videos of this style very helpful in getting a better idea of how this wig actually looks and fits. The color (I ordered ginger brown) and texture are beautiful and the style is very modern and without permatease - as far as I could tell. I modified it a little for my face--trimmed the pointy ends at the chin a bit. My husband also loves it and thinks it looks very natural.
I've ordered a second one - just in case it's discontinued when the first wears out. : )
