This is my second purchase of Sheila in Dark Grey. Both were right-out-of-the-box ready to wear. The density is light to medium; the wig is lightweight and very comfortable. It’s an almost match for my hair, but a good color for my complexion. My only wish is for a lace front. I’ve shopped with wigs.com for a long while and have always been pleased with the products, ease of returns, and the excellent customer service.

Sheila in chocolates caramel is so beautiful. I previously bought her and just purchased my second. It is the hair and color I have always wanted. It took a bit of getting used to seeing myself with hair! Bangs were a little long but got it trimmed and I feel beautiful again.

I like this wig. I’ve ordered it before in a brunette. But I wanted something that made me look my age so I ordered the dark gray. It looks perfect in the picture. In reality it came and it looks blond. All of my family said the same thing. Bangs come long and needed trimming and styling but I expected that. Cute wig but definitely not dark gray.

Sheila has been one of my favorite wigs. The style was always consistent. So when it came in, I unwrapped it, cut off the tag, discarded the box, wrapping etc, gave it a good shake and put it on my wig stand to fall into its natural style.
When I went to wear it a few days later, I was shocked! The front sides were almost as short as the bangs. The amount of hair seemed much less dense than previous purchases. It was so flat! It also looked like someone hacked at the bangs.
I couldn’t return it as I had discarded all of the original packaging. I never thought I would need to return it as all of my wigs from your company were of excellent quality.
