I have bought this hair for almost a year and the quality was really good, but the last 2 that I have bought the quality is really bad..... I have been a faithful customer but I am looking for another company.

This frizzball should be tossed. I tried steaming the kinky, frizzy fibers to no avail. Next step. Put rollers in it and dunk it into nearly boiling water for a minute, let it cool and see what happens. Louis ferre quality has gone out the window. This wig is awful out of the box. Never again.
