I have returned this wig due to the color of the human hair. It was supposed to have obvious highlights and it is now fully blended in. I loved the medium brown with ginger highlights... received numerous compliments but now it doesn't exist in most of the Raquel Welch wigs anymore. NOT HAPPY!!!!! Bought a different wig to replace it and the color issue remains... this is how I found out that the majority of Raquel Welch's wigs now are a blended color of R829S( ). Will have to spend even more money now to have it professionally colored to my liking. When you sell human hair wigs (which are already very expensive), the customer should be able to get what they want vs investing even more money into the product. YOU SHOULD ALSO INFORM CUSTOMERS WHEN CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO A PRODUCT, INSTEAD OF THEM ASSUMING THE COLOR IS THE SAME AS THEY HAVE BEEN FROM PREVIOUS PURCHASES!

The new color description was put in place as well as the new color swatch that shows the less chunky highlights. they are only on the top and are blended through. These color descriptions changed over a year ago. The colors are changed by the manufacturers to keep up with the trends and look less dated. This color is beautiful but it is easy to understand there is disappointment when you don't get what you were expecting. Someone in our customer care department will be reaching out to help you find the right color for you.
