At Wigs.com, we have been deeply moved by the stories of strength and resilience shared by women facing cancer. We know that the journey can be incredibly challenging, both physically and emotionally, and our mission has always been to help women reclaim their confidence and sense of self through wigs. We are proud to announce our collaboration with EBeauty, an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for women undergoing cancer treatment by providing free wigs and community support services.

What is EBeauty?

EBeauty is a compassionate organization committed to supporting women facing the challenges of cancer treatment, particularly those experiencing hair loss. Understanding the profound emotional and physical impact of this journey, EBeauty has created a strong, supportive community where women can connect, share experiences, and uplift one another.

Through education and valuable resources, the dedicated EBeauty team empowers women at every stage of their cancer journey, ensuring that no one has to face it alone. With a mission rooted in sisterhood and solidarity, EBeauty strives to provide comfort, confidence, and hope to those who need it most.

How Did EBeauty Get Started?

Carolyn Keller, Founder of EBeauty, was devastated when she discovered her breast cancer had returned. While undergoing aggressive chemotherapy treatment, she lost her hair, a daily reminder of her illness. Through this struggle, she realized how deeply hair loss affected many women going through treatment. Understanding how hair loss can alter women’s sense of identity and impact her self-esteem, Carolyn recognized the need for compassion and support during such a vulnerable time.

Years later, when her sister-in-law was also diagnosed with breast cancer, the family learned that insurance would not cover the cost of a wig. Carolyn and her husband offered to pay for one. After her sister-in-law’s hair grew back, another family member was diagnosed. They saw an opportunity to share a gently used wig, sparking the start of EBeauty Community’s “Pay it Forward” program.

The “Pay It Forward” program was founded on the belief that donating a wig can make a profound difference in the life of a woman undergoing treatment. A donated wig not only eases her journey but also fosters a sense of community, support, and confidence.
