My first Belle Tress wig! Only reason for 4 vs. 5 stars is due to the dark knots on lace (color Chocolate with Caramel) which required extra effort to camouflage with concealer. Compared to Raquel Welch, Jon Renau and Estetica brands, the lace front is not as natural looking as these and knots much more visible and I have all dark colored wigs with base color 4. Also, mine had a strange flipped up front (I’m guessing to keep hair from flopping in your face) which was easily tamed down using my fingers and warmth of my hands. Having said that, Cafe Chic is a super cute wig! The fibers are silky and natural looking and not shiny like Jon Renau wigs which require dry shampoo. I wanted a lighter color than the wigs I have but needed the dark root due to my soft black/brown bio hair and eye brows. Chocolate with Caramel is perfect for my hair color and skin tone. The cap is super comfortable and hardly know I have a wig on! Don’t give up on this one so quickly! Play around with the flipped up front and use concealer! Study YouTube videos on how to do this. It’s worth it!! If I didn’t have so many wigs already, I would buy another! Highly recommend Cafe Chic!!!

I had to return this wig. The front of the wig stuck up and did not suit me at all. Not as pictured on all the videos I watched. The rooting was too dark.

This was a great choice for me. It's how I use to wear my hair, and this is such low density, zero permatease... still more hair than I'm use to but easy to wear! I keep looking in the mirror in disbelief! Perfect choice for my first wig!!

I find wigs.com very easy to use. As for Cafe Chic, I love her. She’s easy to throw on and go. My bio hair was severely lacking, and when I lost 1/2 of that do to COVID, I just gave up. Cafe Chic brought back confidence, I now allow pictures to be taken of me! For now she’s the only one I wear around family and at church, for those people know me best. Super happy. I’m wearing cola with cherry, but have a lighter color on order for summer.

I love this style, but after only 2 washes the cap stretched out. The straps dont do what they are supposed to either..one of them stretched out after the first wear and it made the hair stick out in a weird way...cant explain it. It saddens me because I love the style and it looked super cute on...so Im going to donate it to the hospital, hopefully someone will fall in love with it and be able to make it work for them
