Cold Brew Chic | Synthetic Lace Front Wig (Hand-Tied) | DISCONTINUED

I bought this in English Toffee. Unfortunately, the color looked muddy in-person to me so I returned it. Really shiny too. This wig color looked natural in three 1-2 yr old videos, so I don't know if they changed the color, I got an off one, or what. Density is nice, hand tied is really nice. It's light weight and fit really well. Ear tabs are in a good place, far enough back so I could have disguised them with my own hair.

Have two other Cold Brew Chic wigs in the same color and they look different on the part area. This wig has wide stripe of dark hair that does not get interspersed with some of the ash blonde hair. Wanted to like this wig so much —so hopefully I can try ordering it again at another time and see if I can get the part color more to my liking. But what I like is your customer service and have referred friends to your site as your company is the only one who has good shipping rates and good return rates.

First of all, I have been buying CBChic for years but never tried this hand tied version. Since my color was out of stock, I went ahead and purchased this one. Yes, heat defiant fibers don't last long, we all know that, but I refuse to spend money on permatease, fake looking shiny hair and heavy hair. This wig is even lighter in weight than the original CBChic. At first I was going to send it back but it is so comfortable! Made it mine by making some long bangs.

Like most of us, I only purchase my wigs when there is a sale. Once in awhile you can get one that is off - it's smaller, it's heavier on one side, etc. I know immediately and back in the box it goes. Wigs.com allows me to return without penalty. Imagine my surprise when I purchase elsewhere and get slapped with a restocking fee. They no longer get my business. I love wigs.com!
