input from a new wig wearer.. I recently purchased a Human Hair wig and would have appreciated that when I was selecting my items that the "recommended" shampoo / conditioner was for the type of hair I was getting. I did not realize that I had bought the synthetic option until it showed up with the wig. I would not have known it mattered until I called customer service. I will say the representative was kind and helped me get the right products for my wig and got it mailed to me.
Second thing is the cap- it slips and I had to get one from Amazon.

It is very comfortable and easy to wear each day. I lost my hair due to chemotherapy and my head would be cold or to hot with most of the hats or synthetic hair wigs. But with this wig I feel normal like it’s my hair.

Ordered the Emotion and thought the extra $ spent would mean better- definitely not! The hair was so thin on top I know it wouldn’t last very long. The color was nowhere close to the online color- so I returned. I am a hair dresser and have worn wigs for 25+ yrs. The colors are always weird- I don’t know who they get to color the human hair but it’s way off. Disappointed!

The quality of the hair and cap was phenomenal. I had to return it though due to the color. I ordered Bernstein Mix thinking it would be a brown/blond mix but it arrived as a strawberry blond. I will try the Mocca rooted now instead.
