    This wig is very frizzy. It doesn’t look like the picture. It almost looks like it needs conditioner…right out of the box! I’ve onlyworn it once & have tried smoothing with heat. I’m not new to wigs. I also bought this wig for my sister (Bonnie Posey Oxford, Ga.). Her wig is not as frizzy as mine. On a different note, I have InCharge by RW. It is huge…does it come in Petite?

    Perfect Fit

    Just received Jon Renau January Petite in Shaded Mocha. After ordering and trying on and returning four previous wigs from Wig.com I finally landed on this one and I like everything about it. Being quite elderly I didn’t want a wig that said I was trying too hard to look younger. The length and the soft waves looks very natural. I lost my hair about six months ago from chemo due to breast cancer. Losing my hair at the time wasn’t my biggest concern. I am thrilled however, to learn about these amazing realistic looking wigs.

    It is so nice to know there is a company like Wigs.com where I can feel confident in ordering online and knowing if the wig doesn’t work out I can return it. It is also such a bonus that if you need support in making a decision there are people like Antonia pointing you in the right direction. Thanks Antonia.

    What I like about January Petite. First of all the fit is so good. I measure petite with a circumference of 20.75, ear to ear 11, front to nape 11.5. It feels like enough stretch to fit larger than my measurements.

    The lace front is made so well that even when I’ve told my friends and family they say how can that be a wig, it looks like your hair growing out of your scalp. I also love the versatility of parting it anywhere.

    Shaded mocha is such a pretty color with nice dimensional highlights, somewhere between light brown and dark blond.

    IMO it is a style for whatever age you are.

    Great short term piece

    I love this unit so much. It has a beautiful color and is easy to manage. The cons would be that the hair framing, the face frizzes very quickly even though the rest of the hair on the unit does not. Secondly, the hair on the crown of the head thins very quickly, defeating the whole purpose of having a wig. I would say if you are using it as a short term product it’s wonderful. However, for those of us who would like to get some longevity out of our wigs, this one would not really fall under that category.

    Beautiful wig

    this fit me well ( I’m a petite front to back) and the color was pretty (midnight cocoa). I’m just so used to short hair, it was too long for me. The fibers were so silky and soft! This is a great wig, just not for me
