1st this looks so much better than the horrible stock photo. I almost didn't buy this based on stock photo. There is not nearly as much poof on the top very lottle permatease. It's cute with the curls but I straightened mine and like it better. Straightened I would say it looks like a lower density less permateased Kristen by another brand. I purchased in butterbeer blonde and while I am not a fan of the hilight at the hairline I can live with it because the color is just stunning

I have received many compliments on this color. Now the fibers. Heat friendly gets such a bad reputation that they don't deserve. The problem isn't the fibers but rather the failure of companies to really educate how to care for them. Heat friendly is also heat dependent basically. Yes the ends will frizz after a week but if you flat iron or curl it the ends look great again. Also do not brush and use a conditioning spray every night made for heat friendly fibers. The colors and fibers are far more realistic than any other synthetic I have worn but they do take more work.
