This was my first order from wigs.com and I was very impressed by the speed of the delivery and the fact that overall the wig is very pretty, and close to what it looks like in the picture. The only reason I'm returning it is that the color I ordered (GL15-26SS - Buttered Toast) turned out to be lighter and less red than I expected and doesn't work with my skin tone. I would certainly consider re-ordering this wig in a darker color, as the style is very attractive and, for a synthetic wig, it looks close to real hair.
My only, small, criticism would be that the hair does tend to fly away. There's a tendency for one or two hairs to get out of place and need to be smoothed down or taken out of one's face.
Other issues I personally had - but are not necessarily unique to this wig - are that while my head is very large, it's also pretty flat, so there's an air pocket in the back of my head. I also would have liked to have combs in the front to help the wig stay in place more securely. (If I reorder this style, I'll have combs put in, and the size taken in slightly. I'd also have long layers cut into the style, to suit my face shape better.)
On the whole this wig is very, very pretty and the wigs.com shopping experience has been a good one so far.

Love it because it a large! Hopefully you can speak to wig companies about making more styles in large. The choices are very limited!
