I have bought this wig many times before and love it. This one is different. The hair is thinner everywhere and also shorter. They say it is heat usable and I don't think the others were. But that shouldn't account for the length and thinness! Disappointed.

The wig arrived as it looked in the pictures, but as soon as I held it up to my skin/face, I realized the color wouldn’t work on me. Luckily, Wigs.com has a generous return policy, and since I hadn’t worn it and still had its net and tags, I could easily process a return. I’ve ordered a wig from this company previously a few years back and will continue searching its site for my next one.
