I ordered Untold Story in Shaded Platinum which I think is being discontinued - a shame as warm light/platinum blondes are hard to come by. This style is nowhere near as voluminous as I’ve seen in reviews, it looks very realistic in density and the hand tied base is comfortable on a sensitive scalp. Being a shorter style I’ve also noticed it’s taking a long time to frizz up compared to my longer pieces.

I have never had a cap to be this small. I had to return it In the past, I have easily and comfortably worn Ellen Wille hand-tied wigs designed for those with no hair. I have noticed that the Raquel hand-tied wigs (also Upstage) run very small. I wish the reviewers would state this so as to save the hassle on my side and on Wigs.com's side.

The color shaded biscuit is gorgeous.
The curl and wave pattern of the wig is exactly as it appears on utube. It’s a beautiful wig that doesn’t look like a wig!

I have been a customer with wigs.com for years , very sorry, as i see a lot of underhandedness, i just discovered in an old e mail that they are holding a Credit for $303.80 from sept 2023 i must have ordered 4 wigs and paid for each one, no one ever mentioned my credit. true i should keep track, but a reputable company would remind a customer of such a credit
also just purchased the above untold story, shows a nice soft wavy wig, well.... it is instead as straight as a broomstick hanging down. on my face, very deceitful and mis leading for shame on you

This looks like a helmet on my head. It is very pouty at the top. The wig is also too small for my 21 1/2 head. This just did not work for me. I don’t feel it looks anything like the picture. It is bowl shaped.
