I ordered platinum rooted. What came to me looked more like a clown costume. The wig had orange reddish roots which made the platinum look pink. Just unwearable. I have several wigs, all from Wigs.com and have been satisfied 95% of the time, but this wig is horrible. Wigs.com is the best to order from because there is never a problem with refund or stocking fee.

I have purchased 10 short petite wigs in different colors, but Chat is the clear winner. I put it on, and hubby's first words were "No one would ever know it's a wig." The color (smoke frosted) compliments my sallow complexion and green eyes. The style is wicked sassy. I have very thin fine hair that I buzz to the scalp, and this feels great on my head. I'm 4'11" 89 pounds, and this is perfect for me. I see why other reviewers said they had several of the Chat wigs. I am going to check out another to add to my collection. And the customer service is awesome!!!!!

If you are looking for short style, light weight, less hair this is for you. I have about 25 Ellen wigs, four of them are Tab in four colors, this by far is lighter weight and less hair. You won't be sorry to order this one.
